We had the best experience with Joyce and her team training. Her class was exactly what we were hoping for and more! The training sessions were hands-on, which was perfect because we got to learn alongside our pup. The small class size also made it feel very personalized: each dog got plenty of attention/ help along the way.

Joyce's training came at such a good time! 

I wanted to develop my dog and give us both socialization opportunities. 

My dog loved Joyce from the moment he met her. My dog benefited from being around other dogs and responsible owners. I can feel comfortable and trust my dog in public because of Joyce's training. I recommend Joyce's training because of her amble knowledge, and years of experience with dogs and the results she gave us.

 I met Joyce back in the early 90's when we started showing our dogs, we both had sons in Junior handling so we had alot in common. I could see from back then she was dedicated to the dog fancy, and dog training. Fast forward to today, and the same person is still just as dedicated. The best way to learn is from someone that has the knowledge of canine behaviors. I feel these training classes are a most for anyone wanting their puppy or dogs trained, and guided by a professional like Joyce. Glad to see she has moved forward to help newbies train their dogs to be good citizens.

I had an amazing experience with my dog, Butters. Even though he was a good dog before, we learned so much about proper leash handling and our bond got so much stronger!
He got all 3 of his AKC titles and now we have opportunities to go to facilities as share his cuteness with people in need of some fluffy dog love. I couldn’t have done it without the help of Joyce and her team, they did a fantastic job and made it really fun for everyone!

I wanted to thank you for coming to Inspired Living Assisted Living/Memory Care Facility.  Our residents along with our staff thoroughly enjoyed your visit and absolutely loved the therapy dogs.  This was truly a blessing for us.  Many of our residents don’t have family in the area so the holidays are particularly difficult and to see our residents smile when you visited us not only made them happy, but it was the highlight of my day too.

I have known Joyce for twenty-five years as her veterinarian and personal friend. Joyce has always been passionate about dogs and helping people in need. She was president of the Boca Raton Dog Club for four years, involved with sheep herding trials, and served on the Palm Beach County board that started the spay shuttle. Joyce knows first-hand

I met Joyce at our place of employment where we spent 6 years working together. We quickly learned we shared a love of dogs, and our friendship has spanned over 30 years. Showing, Breeding and training dogs were a passion we both had, and continue today.

I have bred AKC champion and obedience titled Rottweiler's, Bernese Mountain dogs, English bulldogs, and presently show Champion French bulldogs.

Joyce and Jen are excellent trainers and great people!  Our husky had a good foundation for obedience training, but we were struggling with some problem areas (pulling and staying calm around distractions). We did the 10 week three level program offered by Bonafide Therapy Dogs. His behavior changed after the first class. Jen and Joyce taught us how to help him be on his best behavior at all times. The program is very practical compared to others we’ve gone to. It takes place in a public space (lots of distractions) and a nursing facility. I couldn’t be more grateful!

Jen and Joyce are outstanding dog trainers. My dog Zoey did the 10 week-3 level program.
I am very thankful and blessed to have been part of this wonderful organization. The trainers are very professional and kind. Zoey has learned so much from them! She is so well behaved and it is because of this organization. We trained in places with many distractions and it taught my dog how to behave in  public. Bonafide Therapy dogs is the best!!! 

Wonderful experience. Complete comprehensive training for you and your furry best friend. My 2 year old golden-doodle has been transformed into a gentleman. Joyce is very knowledgeable and offers amazing training. We feel so lucky to be involved with this organization!!! 

Love love love Bonafide! Took my frenchie Reese in and had an amazing experience. The trainers were friendly but effective and I felt more bonded with my dog after our session.  My experience with Bonafide Therapy dogs was truly the best ! Jen went above and beyond to make sure every question was answered. She took her time showing me the best way to train and understand my puppy. Classes are consistent and intentional! If you are looking for therapy dog classes you came to the right place !  I am so happy that I found Bonafide Therapy Dogs, Inc. because they provided me with the most supportive, friendly, and professional training for my golden doodle Cocoa. Cocoa came to our family to help my daughter through a recent accident and I wanted to get his puppy certification and also continue into the therapy dog training as well. We were in between surgeries for my daughter and Joyce was so kind and understanding to allow me to make up the missed classes. My daughter has attended several of the sessions and they have been so supportive of her presence as well while I worked on training Cocoa. We will be continuing the program for the Canine Good Citizen training classes and cannot wait! I most definitely recommend their programs and it is a pleasure working with Joyce and Jen!
