Thank you for wanting to join, and train with Bonafide Therapy Dogs, Inc.

Whether you are applying to just have an obedient Dog / Puppy, or are training to become a Bonafide Therapy Dog, or a Service Dog you are making a wonderful commitment in both of your lives.

Please download, and sign all of the attached forms.

You will then bring them, and your Dogs or Puppy's updated shot record with you to your 1st class.

****PLEASE NOTE****

All dogs going into the Canine Good Citizen and the Public Access Test Classes must have passed their evaluation prior to this step, and before signing up for a class. Please check the availability of a class on our

"Calendar of Events" page before signing up, and paying for your class.

AKC Canine Good Citizen

Learn what it takes to have an obedient dog that can go anywhere with you!

Companion Dog's are always best to be under control at all times.

Earn your AKC Canine Good Citizen Title!

At any time if you feel your fur baby needs a refresher/more training, please jump into any of our ongoing classes FREE OF CHARGE! (Your yearly membership/insurance must be up to date to do this)

This is an 5 week course. (Pricing does not include additional costs for AKC paperwork)

AKC Community Canine and AKC Urban Canine(CGCA AND CGCU)

$250.00

If you have already earned your AKC Canine Good Citizen Title, and would like to continue on to become a Therapy Dog, these 2 classes will allow you to do so.

This includes your 10 supervised visits with us to facilities for continued training.

After your 10 visits you will receive your:

AKC Novice Therapy Dog Title! (THDN)

At any time if you feel your fur baby needs a refresher/more training, please jump into any of our ongoing classes FREE OF CHARGE!

(Your yearly membership/insurance must be up to date to do this)

This is a 3 week course (Pricing does not include additional costs for AKC paperwork)

3 Levels of AKC Canine Good Citizen /AKC Novice Therapy Dog

This course has all 3 Levels of AKC Canine Good Citizen

(CGC, CGCA, CGCU) After passing all 3 levels, you will continue on to do your 10 supervised visits with us to facilities for continued training.

AKC Novice Therapy Dog Title! (THDN)

This Course Includes: 8 Week Course / All 3 Levels of CGC,

10 Supervised Visits to Facilities, Your Yearly Insurance, and Yearly Membership. (Pricing does not include additional costs for AKC paperwork)

The Public Access Test to Service Dog

$550.00

This course includes: 8 Week Course / 3 levels of the AKC Canine Good Citizen.

Your Yearly Insurance, and Yearly Membership. You will learn all about service dog work including, where you and your dog are allowed to go, and even how to fly with your dog!

Required for this course, is your doctor's letter on their letterhead, stating a Service Dog would be a benefit to you for your disability.

This course is your 1st step in becoming a Service Dog Team. After completing all 3 levels of the CGC / Public Access Test, there is an additional cost for the next course to do your task work, and the 300 hours needed to become a Service Dog team. Our Service dog trainer will go over everything with you, once you have completed the Public Access test portion. Once you have completed your 300 hours, you will receive a Service Dog training letter from 2gether Furever, Inc.

Yearly Membership/Insurance

$100.00

This fee covers your Membership, and Insurance to join us on our visits into the facilities throughout the year! Our insurance only covers you when you are with Bonafide Therapy Dogs, Inc. as a group. You are not covered by our insurance when going into any facility by yourself. Each year you will have to renew your Membership/Insurance to enjoy the organizations benefits.

***Prior to paying for the above, your dog must be reevaluated at no extra charge.***

*** Whether you live here 6 months out of the year, or just want to join the fun, we'd love to have you!

If you belong to another Therapy Dog organization, and would like to do visits with us, all we require is your updated Certifications / Diploma from that group, updated shot records, and pass an evaluation with us.***

Virtual Puppy Class

$200.00

You can be ANY WHERE IN THE WORLD for this class...

Learn all the basics such as Sit, Stay, Down, Come, and Leave it, right from your own living room!. In this class you will earn your:

AKC Virtual Home Manners (VHM) title.

You will also get some great basic tips on the health, and care of your fur baby.

These classes are always fun, and very entertaining!

This is an 6 week course.
